I only charge what is needed to get the item to you as safely and as quickly as possible. I visit the post office every second day so your item will leave within 2 days of receiving your payment. I post all of my items via Australia Post, most of my items are light enough to send as a letter so postage is very reasonable. 

If you require Express or registered post please ask when you make your order

 

International Customers:

I ship International Air Express which takes 4 - 10 business days for delivery.

 

Unfortunately I am not responsible for the loss or damage of an item(s) after they have left my hands. Insurance is optional, but not included in the postage costs, so please ask for a quote before payment if required

 

I accept payments via PayPal only, this way both parties are protected.

I want you to be completely happy and satisfied with any items that you purchase from me and I stand behind my work with confidence.

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund less the postage fees. Please note that any item you return must be in in the same condition as it was sent.

 

The length of bracelets, earrings and necklaces are listed in the description of each item. If there is any other information you require, please ask before purchase as I do not accept returns due to the items not being the correct size or different to what you thought.

 

Any returns must be sent back within 14 days of purchase.

 

You will have a choice of a Paypal refund or store credit less the postage fees.
